Land Traders Terms and Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
- Booking does not guarantee you a place. Bookings will be on a first come first served basis. We need to ensure there is a variety of traders. If your trade is similar to another which has already been booked, or if we have no spaces left, we will contact you to advise you that we cannot accept your booking application.
- Payment: If your booking is accepted, we will send you an invoice by email. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received. A booking Fee of £10.00 is included in the booking fee, and is non refundable.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than four weeks prior to the event. We will refund your booking fee providing we are able to rebook your space. If the event is cancelled due to weather or other restrictions, we will issue a refund.
- Site Plan: The site plan will be decided by the organiser and you will be advised of your trading position prior to the event. If there are late amendments to the site plan due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to advise you before your arrival. The decision of the event organiser is final and must be followed.
- Water: There is no water supply on the event field.
- Electricity: There is no electricity on the site. You can operate your own generator as long as it is not noisy.
